Dental Care Without A Drill
What Is Air Abrasion Dentistry?
Air abrasion treatment allows Dr. Weber to remove tooth decay without using a drill. This technique uses a fine stream of particles, similar to a mini sandblaster, to gently and effectively remove stains and decay from teeth. The particles are then suctioned away for a comfortable and drill-free experience.
Fighting Gum Disease With Arestin
Arestin is a topical antibiotic specifically designed to target the bacteria responsible for gum disease. It comes in the form of a fine powder containing thousands of tiny microspheres—microscopic, bead-like particles even smaller than grains of sand and invisible to the naked eye. These microspheres gradually release antibiotics over an extended period directly into the pockets where harmful bacteria thrive, promoting better healing for your gums.
When Dr. Weber Might Use Arestin in Your Treatment
If you’re diagnosed with periodontitis, commonly known as gum disease, Dr. Weber may incorporate Arestin into your treatment plan. Gum disease is caused by microbial plaque that accumulates on the surface of your teeth and beneath the gum line. These bacteria can damage the surrounding tissues and even the bone that supports your teeth.

Digital X-Ray Technology
Dental X-rays are an essential tool Dr. Weber uses to detect decay hidden inside your teeth that isn’t visible to the naked eye. This early detection allows Dr. Weber to address cavities sooner, ensuring the best possible care for your teeth. While X-rays do involve minimal radiation exposure, you’ll always wear a lead apron for protection during the process. Thanks to modern technology, the X-rays Dr. Weber uses are safer and more advanced than ever.
Intraoral Camera Technology At NOTO ProDental
What Is an Intraoral Camera?
We understand that it can sometimes be challenging for patients to fully grasp the condition of their teeth, as Dr. Weber does. To make your dental experience more informative and engaging, we use an advanced tool called an intraoral camera during our diagnosis process. An intraoral camera is a small, pen-shaped device with a high-resolution camera and a bright LED light. This technology allows us to detect cavities, fractures, or other issues that might be difficult to see with the naked eye. The camera connects to a monitor, giving you a clear, close-up view of what Dr. Weber sees. This visual insight helps you better understand your oral health and the reasons behind any recommended treatments, making your experience both educational and empowering.
